The start of the brewery was actually laid in 1999, when we decided ( Theo Hesselink working as a brewer at Heineken and Jos van Beek (director of jeweller Juwel Art & Ribelli) to start a brewery together.

In any case, the start-up went very well and there are now six beers in the range as standard and the intention is to add at least two more to this range in the near future. Gouda beer is now available at 40 points (off-licences, cafés and restaurants and the Erasmus University Rotterdam). I am currently responsible for sales at Gall & Gall for all their branches in South Holland.
