The owners of Pomms', Ruud Boeve and Niels Tijthoff, believe that snacking can be more conscious and better. The fresh chips and crisps are made from 100% organic potatoes and the Pomms' croquettes are prepared according to their own recipe. The meat comes from organic pasture-raised cows and the cheese for the goat cheese croquettes is made from Dutch farm goat's milk. The shrimps used in the shrimp croquettes are sustainably caught by cutter TX65 and peeled on the Wadden coast. The Gouda branch is the second for Pomms'. The first branch on Coolsingel in Rotterdam has been a great success since its opening in 2014. In addition, Pomms' food trucks have been a household name at major events and festivals for years.
