The Barn was born out of our passion for the best meat and love for Gouda cheese, or steaks & cheese. It is these wonderful products that form the basis for an endless variety of dishes. For us, everything starts with the quality and pure flavour of the ingredient - after all, that determines the end result.

That is why we only work with top products whose origins we know. We prefer to buy them directly from farmers in the Green Heart, where tradition and craftsmanship still go hand in hand.

Our artisan butchers work daily to carefully prepare these exceptional ingredients so that we can turn them into something special. Add to that an ambitious Chef, armed with a broiler imported from America, and you know we have what it takes to take your feast to the next level.
