On Sunday 1 October 2023, there will again be a Zeldzaam Mooi Markt on the beautiful market square the Markt in Gouda. The Market Square in Gouda is not just any square. It is the square of Gouda. That's why it is the perfect location for twice a year the Zeldzaam Mooi Markt. It is a market with rare products from local and regional artists, designers and creative entrepreneurs. All products are handmade, self-designed or produced in small runs (locally). Artisanal (organic) delicacies are also sold.
Artist Oscar Prinsen has struck a wonderful balance between his art and spinning records. At the Zeldzaam Mooi Markt, Oscar will provide musical entertainment with old singles; jukebox, soul, funk, disco, French chansons, jazzy and pop.
Bubble-blowing artist Frans van de Kamp will give mega soap-bubble demonstrations for young and old during the Zeldzaam Mooi Markt.
It is precisely the uncommon things that make this market so special.
