Gouds Glas

At our place, you can enjoy a delicious lunch, a three-course dinner with the finest wines or a cosy drink with a drink and a snack. Fresh, local seasonal dishes play a starring role in our Dutch/Mediterranean cuisine. Our premises reach some 90 metres deep and consist of four rooms with space for two hundred guests inside and a hundred outside. Whether you want to sit downstairs under the glass dome, upstairs on the mezzanine or wine bar, or outside on the terrace, you are most welcome with us!

As you enter our premises, the six large stained-glass windows will quickly grab your attention. The windows are a reference to the stained glass windows of Gouda's Sint-Janskerk, which is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Each window features an image of local landscapes, buildings or businesses. Another real eye-catcher in Gouds Glas is the glass dome under which you can enjoy our food and drinks as well as parties, celebrations and meetings. The Gouds Glas building used to be an exhibition centre where many weddings took place. We are therefore particularly proud of the fact that you can say "I do" to each other and party afterwards with your entire party!
