You indicate what you don't like or what allergies you have, and chef Maurice puts together a nice and balanced 6-course (or more) menu. This with possibly beautiful accompanying wines selected by Sven, in consultation with you.

All dishes are of very high quality and are prepared fresh, using sustainable, organic and seasonal (local) products.
