Since 1934 the traditional butcher’s Gildeslagerij Van Sprang has been known for its self-made sausages and meat products. The butcher’s has its own sausage making facility, where old family recipes are still used.
The animals are reared in the region, and the meat and suppliers are selected based on quality, sustainability and animal welfare. The cows can graze outside from spring to autumn and remain with the same owners for their entire lives.
