The charming cottage
If you like atmosphere, charm and privacy, then the unique detached romantic historic cottage is for you. The Apple Tree Cottage dates back to 1800 and is 40m2 in size. It has been refurbished in early 2018 and completely renewed, fully adapted to the demands of this time while retaining charm. On the ground floor with historic tiles, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, the dining table and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the floor with oak parquet and open original beamed ceiling is a lovely 2 bed and a comfortable seat. The cottage is situated in a sunny location with a beautiful view of a charming inner garden and is located in the center of Gouda's historic city center.
Unique location on the Turfmarkt
Located on one of the most beautiful canals of Gouda, a 3-minute walk from the shopping streets, the historic Gouda market with its town hall, the St. Jan church and all other tourist attractions. Of course, the cozy catering facilities of the city center of Gouda are nearby. The building is independently accessible from the canal via a private alley and is quietly situated in the charming inner garden with an old English apple tree as the center. You can of course use the garden. The owners inhabit the canal house and are therefore available for questions, suggestions and practical information.
